FCC拟收紧KYC规则 施压运营商加大力度打击垃圾电话
美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）正准备从源头上遏制垃圾电话问题，要求电信运营商在“了解你的客户”（KYC）方面承担更多责任，否则将面临处罚。 早在2016年，Google就已在Android原生电话应用中加入垃圾电话提醒功能，之后各类防骚扰功能不断迭代，但垃圾电话依然屡禁不止。 FC
